Ellen and I recently arrived back to our homes after an inspiring Awards Weekend in St. John’s, Newfoundland. It is a joy to be part of the vibrant traditional music community, and to bring people together through music. From festivals to dance halls, music unites us across cultures and generations. What a thrill to share the traditions of our roots, to represent BC, and to celebrate the music that first brought us together in Glasgow!
